Ryan Book Inventory
Ryan Book Inventory is a private, single-seller inventory tool operated by Ryan Brubeck. It is used to reconcile books Ryan owns or is reviewing for sale, maintain eBay listings, and record the work needed to keep those listings accurate.
Information used
The tool may persist eBay listing IDs, book titles, and other metadata such as authors, ISBNs, editions, condition, prices, listing and promotion statuses, photos, and audit records. If the eBay integration is activated, it may also receive information made available through eBay APIs for Ryan's seller account. It does not collect or store eBay passwords. OAuth credentials and tokens are protected as sensitive credentials when they are configured.
How information is used
Information is used only for sold reconciliation, listing maintenance, inventory review, and related auditability for Ryan's book-selling workflow. The existing workflow already uses authenticated eBay browser sessions and cloud-based AI-assisted tools for these tasks. The new eBay API integration is staged locally only and has not exchanged OAuth tokens or made live API requests. Any processing is limited to the workflow described here and the permissions Ryan grants.
Sharing and security
Information may be processed by eBay and by service providers used for hosting, cloud infrastructure, or AI-assisted processing when those services are part of the activated workflow. Ryan does not sell the inventory data. Access is limited to the operator and services needed for the stated purposes. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Retention and deletion
Records are kept only as needed for reconciliation, listing maintenance, audit history, and applicable legitimate business or legal obligations. For questions about account-related data or deletion requests, contact ryan@vonbrubeck.com. Requests are reviewed manually, and information may be deleted or minimized where appropriate, subject to those obligations. There is no automatic deletion endpoint or fixed deletion-time guarantee currently deployed.
